Seamless Submission of Annual Reports and Financial Statements

In our continuous effort to streamline the submission of annual reports and financial statements, we are pushing Conferences to utilize the enhanced svdpmembers.com web portal to submit annual reports (available now). This platform not only facilitates efficient electronic submissions but also empowers you to update conference members’ information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date rosters. Year-End Bank Statement(s)

As per the compliance requirements of the reporting process, we kindly request you to upload your Conference’s bank statements for September 2025 using the form below. If the September statement does not encompass all year-end transactions, please also utilize the subsequent form to submit the October 2025 statement.

While we highly encourage all Conferences to submit the annual reports electronically, we understand that there are sometimes limitations and challenges. You may use this link to access the direct form download from the SVDPUSA website.

Your Contribution: A Pillar of Our Shared Mission and Solidarity

The annual SVDP solidarity dues have been adjusted to $225 per Conference this year, reflecting the increase in the costs from our national office. For those who can, we kindly encourage an additional contribution of $225 or more to assist other Conferences that may be facing financial challenges.

Ensure your contribution is received by November 17, 2025.
